Welcome to the Business Empowerment Gala.
Thank you for your interest in our event! We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide clarity regarding our refund policy. Please review the following information carefully:
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets. All sales are final. See Ticket Transfer.
Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend the event and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, we do allow ticket transfers.
To transfer your ticket, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at businessempowermentgala@gmail.com with the subject line "Ticket Transfer Request."
b. In the email, provide the following information: Your full name and email address used for the ticket purchase. The full name and email address of the person to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.
c. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the ticket transfer via email to both parties involved.
Deadline for Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers must be requested at least 72 business hours prior to the event date. This allows us sufficient time to process the transfer and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
Limitations: Please note that ticket transfers are limited to one transfer per ticket. Once a ticket has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
Ticket Value: The ticket value remains the same throughout the transfer process. Any financial agreements and/or exchanges between the original ticket holder and the recipient of the transferred ticket are the responsibility of the parties involved.
Communication Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to communicate all event-related details and updates to the recipient of the transferred ticket. We will primarily communicate with the original ticket holder unless otherwise specified.
Please ensure that you review and understand our refund policy before making a ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
Sponsor/Advertisement refund requests must be received no later than 30 days before the event date in order to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests received less than 30 days from the event date will NOT be refunded.
Cancellation.
Your ticket purchase and/or Sponsor/Advertisement agreement may be terminated and refunded in the event of permanent cancellation. If the event is postponed and/or rescheduled your ticket purchase price and/or Sponsor/Advertisement fee will be applied to the new date.
If a new Event date is not made available to attendees within 30 days of notice of cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
